The New Yahoo!

Yahoo! flipped the switch on its algorithmic search function Wednesday, deploying its own technology on its portal and leaving Google's algorithmic results behind. Thus far, the new functionality is meeting with approval from the industry.

Citrix Updates MetaFrame Secure Access Manager



The update of MetaFrame Secure Access Manager to version 2.2 now lets mobile and remote workers securely synchronize their local copy of Outlook with the one kept within the perimeter from any location, whether via the Web or over the network. The feature allows users to keep multiple copies of Outlook -- the one on their laptop, for instance, and that on their in-the-office desktop PC -- always up-to-date.
